Our
President, Mrs. Karen Wong and
our Vice-president, Mr. Denys
Kwan participated in the
delegation organized by EAA to Beijing.
The delegation visited the
Ministry of Housing and
Urban-rural Development, The
Ministry of Commerce, The United
Front Work Department of the CPC
Central Committee, the Hong Kong
and Macao Affairs Office of the
State Council. They also had
meeting with the China Institute
of Real Estate Appraisers and
Agents, the Beijing Municipal
Construction Committee and
visited a property development in
Beijing. Through
the visits and meetings, the
delegation and mainland officials
exchanged view and information on
the latest development of real
estate industry in Hong Kong and China.
They also discussed important
real estate issue such as the
arrangement of CEPA.
