A group of American Realtors visited Hong Kong shortly and the SHKREAL assisted them in hosting the event. The development tour consisted of a series of discussions which would help the participants understand on the recent market trends. Moreover, several topics, such as sales policy, different ways of selling real estate in HK, statistics and ways of selling properties in HK and housing policy were discussed in the development tour. |
