Michael has joined the SHKREAL since 1994 and was elected as the council member. In
1996, Michael was elected as the Chairman of Fellowship Committee. Michael was then
elected as the Honorary Treasurer for the period of 1998 - 2002. Michael is now servicing
SHKREAL as the Chairman of Complaints Committee.
Michael has been practising as an estate
agent in Hong Kong for more than 20 years. He has joined Sheraton Valuer Ltd. since 1981
and he presently acts the Managing Director of the company. His rich experience in the
real estate industry and strong knowledge of the licensing regulations are very helpful
for handling the complaint cases received by SHKREAL. Michael's contribution and
participation in various occasions and activities of SHKREAL has been highly recognized by
