Mr. Wong is currently the Senior Manager (Research & Market Intelligence) of
the Centaline Property Agency Ltd. In addition to his participation in SHKREAL as the
Research Committee Chairman , Mr. Wong is also a Regular Member of The Hong Kong
Sociological Association and a Member of Hong Kong Housing Research Network.
Mr. Wong is a Licenced Estate Agent in Hong
Kong. He holds a MPhil degree and a LL.B. degree from the Peking University, a MPhil
degree from the Soochow University and a B.A. degree from the National Taiwan University.
