Ricky first joined Colliers' Residential Sales Division in 1998, and rapidly rose
through the ranks to become Associate Director in 2000 and Director in 2001. As the head
of the Residential Sales Department, he is responsible for the sales and marketing
operations of a very experienced Residential Sales Team.
Under his leadership the team has been very
pro-active in the luxury residential sales market, and has dealt with a very wide client
base including institutional investors, banks, all of Hong Kong's major developers,
landlords and high net worth private investors.
Ricky has over seven years of experience in
Hong Kong's Luxury Residential and Investment Market. He specialises in residential
investment transactions for en-bloc sales and (re) development sites. |
